How to read from SQL Database with plc 1200 and TIA portal v16

The connection guide was there. I managed to write the information from PLC in SQL. Unfortunately, I can't read the information from SQL.

Use the instruction "select". The data will be inside the receive buffer. Unfortunately the data is not really easy available...

Do you mean "SELECT' query? We have any problem with insert.

first the all, what do you mean 17 times? why 17?

Yes SELECT. 

I think it has something to do with the receive length needing to match the send length. Unfortunately if I mess around with the TRCV block and its parameters it throws an error out so I did the below

I sent a SELECT command and then sent nothing another 17 times (Noticed it by luck one day then counted and got 17) and got a return message from the server with the SELECT commands response.
