How to set the simodrive 6sn1118-oaa11-oaao

I use the simodrive 6sn1118-oaa11-oaao and motor 1ft5076-1af71-4eao. Now I face the problem for rewinding unit for dancer roll position unstable. As normal standard, the dancer will in center position (potential 5vdc) and motor maint the speed control. But now the dancer roll unstable when roll become 14k meter, dancer roll position 5.4v. Roll 20k meter(800kg), dancer roll position 4.5v. May I know how to calibrate the speed, T, Kp, Tn or Ad???

Please refer SIMODRIVE 611 analog, Transistor PWM Inverters for AC Feed Drives and AC Main Spindle Drives manual where  in you can find detail information of drive commissiong / parameter setting. 

Which type of motor? Which is axis? i.e. feed or spindle?

Have you referred manual? 

Please check which type of motor/axis. Follow the applicable section, check if speed & current controller setting (DIP switch, resistance/capacitors values) are OK as per motor, tacho specifications. Check parameter values (in case it is spindle drive) or check R214, R213 & R76 values. (refer manual & corelate with motor & tacho specification data installed.
