How to use Simotion-C240 Onboard analog output

Pralhad Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	In simotion c240,I want to use the onboard analog ouput (X2terminal)to set the speed setpoint of MM440, how canI access the particular address of analog output. In hardware configuration X2 terminal address is not available, so where to assign the address? Warm regards Pralhad.

jacek d Platinum Member Joined: 9/23/2005 Last visit: 11/15/2024 Posts: 4793 Rating: (733)	To operate a MM you can folow two ways: - create an axis TO (only speed control) - then you can generate speed profiles in Simotion via TO, - use it as a regular analogue output and generate speed setpoints inyour plc programm.
