if Power recycle then CPU goes in stop mode

I have used OB1,OB35,OB80,OB100 & OB121 in programm. is any OB required or anything we miss.... tell me..

So have a look at that information. It could well be thast one off the RIO is going down when power is lost, if not the right error OB's are in the CPU that will cause the stop. You should include all OB's from 80 - 89 (they can be empty but must exist) to avoid the PLC going to stop in case of hardware problemssuch as loss of communication, battery failure, power supply error,....
