redha Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	hello to all may i ask you the documentation of IM153.3AA01.OXBO and how i can configure it in the project contains 1 cpu 315.2DP and two ET200M can i load a programme user in eachET 200M or just in CPU 315.2 DP because it is a master . thanks to all persone help me in advance.

Hello redha; Are you sure about that part number? Siemens Mall only shows IM 153-1, IM 153-2 and Im 153-4: https://mall.automation.siemens.com/WW/guest/index.asp?aktPrim=-1&SearchIn=ALL&SearchFor=ARTICLE_NUMBER&SearchScrope=catalog&lang=en&searchText=IM+153-3 In any case, depending on your version of Step 7, the latest order numbers of the IM 153-x (for thew ET 200M slaves) should be in the Profibus Catalog of the HWConfig editor. And there are Internet updates available in case you don't have the latest and greatest version (uner Tools, Update catalog I believe). All configuration data for a Profibus-DP network is held in the master's memory, except for the individual Profibus address, which is loaded on each slave either with switches or through programming. redha Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	hello chartier in bellow you found what i need myinstallation contains CPU 315 -2 DP (6ES7315.2DP.2AG10.OABO) VERSION 2.0.0 link to 27( port MPI) andother ET200M ( ref: 153.3.AA01.OXBO) this oneatached to a second OP 27 and asecondstation ET200M via module 1( same réf of ET 200M) whitch connected to op 7 the rack with cpu 315 2 DP ( rack0) has an IM360 coupler to rack1 perIM 361 . on the 2 racksof ET200M there are DI , DO, safe AI... after switch off the electrical networkall the problem begain: 1- led SF -- ON et BF ---- blinkof cpu 315.2DP 2- led SF --on ,BF1-- ON, BF2 ---ON de ET 200M plus led SF et LED groupe F1 --on ( fixe) of safe carte AI 3- led SF --on , BF2 ---ON of second ET 200M and led SF et LED groupe F1 -- on (fixe) of carte safe AI and led sf ---on of an other carte AI on line with my PC( step 7 ver 5.3 partenaire accessible) i found: 1- red X for CPU 315-2DP 2-red Xfor the first ET 200M and 2 modules. 3- a red line on thez second ET200M and on all the cardin the same rack. thanks Daniel Chartier

dchartier Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 9/27/2006 Last visit: 10/5/2024 Posts: 12283 Rating: (2685)	Hello redha; BUSF on the master means at least one slave is not responding; SF on the master and slave interfaces means the Profibus-DP functions are not working. The first thing I would recommend to you would be gathering all the diagnostic information possible on the CPU and on the ET 200M interface modules. Start by generating and downloading an OB86 in your CPU. You will probablyhave to power down/up the system to be able to do that. In HWConfig, Online view (where you see all the diagnostic icons) double-click on the master interface and on the IM 153 icons. You will hace access to the diagnostic buffer for each of them; save the different messages you find there and study them. If you find a request for a "missing OB", create and download it as you did for OB86. Come back to the forum with the messages you find most important. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier

redha Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	hello daniel chartier i look to myuser program, i found the OB already exist ( OB1,OB35,OB80,OB82,OB85, OB86,OB87,OB121,OB122) when i click on the station ET200 M i have the message( the configuration of the station in HW is défferent than in the site) i look at the AI8TC/4RTD, EX 6ES7-331-7SF00-0AB0) in the first ET200M theled is on and led F0 is also on in the second ET200M the same ( but after take off the termocouple ) led SF is off. can you obvious me please the adres of the two (2) ZET 200M , because i have not neither the original program copy , neither original configuration , only a upload copy from the CPU ( partenaire accessible) thanks

Think this are logical adresses of modules of your slaves. So when this modules / slaves doesn't work well, no Iinput data could be read.
