IOT 2040 with Simatic s7-300 plc

qwazee Platinum Member Joined: 3/30/2020 Last visit: 11/11/2024 Posts: 4941 Rating: (1010)	The CPU313C does not have built-in ability to communicate by Modbus RTU. Perhaps consider as alternative to buy an MPI to Profinet converter.

Thank you for your answer The MPI unit is actually connected to the HMI I have the option to add CPs with ethernet for all PLCs and connect them to the IOT2040 But I don't know if it will work
