I want to run an application in a PC and my understating is, I need a runtime V13 version for that. Is not clear to me if the Runtime Advanced can be considered an upgrade from Basic or, if it's run in parallel with WinCC Basic. Thank you.

ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 1/27/2023 Posts: 21197 Rating: (2797)	SIEMENS do not offer a download of the WinCC Advanced/Professional Runtimes, only the Updates and Servicepacks are available, you must purchase the Runtime. WinCC Runtime Advanced have nothing to do with WinCC Basic, For Basic there is no Runtime. The WInCC Runtime Advanced can be installed to WinCC ES Basic but you need a WinCC ES Advanced or Professional to configure the WinCC Runtime Advanched in TIA Portal.
