Dear seniors, Is the Excel reports is a inbuilt feature in PCS7. If not then how to get my historian data to excel format. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello ashishsarma; Any relationship with our friend @ashish, the original poster in this thread? There are Excel tools (actually, Microsoft Office tools) that are available in the MS Internet Information Server that serves as a link between the Process Historian and the SQL Database. You can use them for report template creation to Excel, as explained in these documents: Information Server 2014 SP1:Operating Instructions https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109475337 Creation of report templates for the Information Server based on Process Historian data https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/64906050 3.3.1 Report templates Report templates are included with the Information Server. The report templates are described in the "Information Server Documentation" manual. You can create reports with the help of report templates. The reports can be saved in PDF, Word or Excel format.
