Issue with enabling the Edge functionality on Unified panel

What a honour to be the first other user to post on this forum ;)

I have some issue with enabling the Edge functionality on Unified panel. In the control panel I go to Apps -> SIMATIC Edge -> select option "Enable SIMATIC Edge" and after a while (few seconds) the button "Open edge management" gets activated. When I click it or try to open the IEM via external web browser I always get "Error 503 - service unavailable" page. What can be the problem?

First, please send a Service Request to our Hotline so they can take care of this problem.

You can try the following steps.

1. Connect to your Panel via ProSave and "Reset to Factory Settings"

2. Adjust Date and Time settings in Control Panel

3. Start Edge Management

4. Create TIA Project and add a user with "HMI Administrator Role" and download.

5. Edge Management is accessible with TIA User
