What a honour to be the first other user to post on this forum ;) I have some issue with enabling the Edge functionality on Unified panel. In the control panel I go to Apps -> SIMATIC Edge -> select option "Enable SIMATIC Edge" and after a while (few seconds) the button "Open edge management" gets activated. When I click it or try to open the IEM via external web browser I always get "Error 503 - service unavailable" page. The solution was to update the panel image to version V16 Upd.2 available on this website: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/pl/en/view/109746530 |
