KNX -> Desigo CC

Hi

I have KNX integrated to Desigo CC and encounter some issues with the import file .JSON
It seems it only imports "KNX - COM Objects" and excludes all others.

My KNX guy have tried all possible ways to work around this but we cant seem to understand why it behaves like this 

Anybody had this issue before? 
Are there any rules to what objects are accepted?

Which criterias needs to be fullfilled for import?

Please note that the correct version of the KNX Tool Converter which is corresponding to the used version of Desigo CC have to be used. For example V4.2, V5.0, V5.1. Which version of Desigo CC is un use?

After you can provide us your ETS project and/or JSON file via integrated file share for further diagnose.
