Hello,

I have a problem with touch screen of 2 ktp400. I tried to make a calibration but it is impossible.

I upgraded OS and I tried to make a calibration and again it is impossible

Then tried to returne in factory settings but I did not succeed and I have complete normal IP and MAC address and I get communication error ''No connection could be established. Please verify your settings, interfaces, cables, device type etc.'' without changing settings or cable.

please have any idea to resolve my problem?
