Hello Experts , 

     I am facing one problem with KTP600 Basic Mono DP , While working on it and testing i found the Screen goes upside down and even the letters goes mirror image.  The whole screen went Inverted as well as mirror imaged.  

    But the button position remains same, i.e  even though your button appears down ( after fault) it can be operated from its original position.  Is this Software fault or Hardware ??

   I am planning to send the HMI To SEIMENS for service but just want to confirm that this has nothing from software side.

Can you explain which software you are using?

Did you do a Compile (Rebuild all)?

You could try to perform an OS update with the option ' reset to factory settings'  and then download the project.

Did you programmed the letters to appear in its mirror image?
Did you programmed the screen to go upside down?

If answer is "No", then it's not software problem. 

As wizard told, perform OS update with reset to factory setting and I hope the KTP will work after that.

How do you do an "Operating system update" (OS update) or "Reset to factory settings" on operator panels?

If not, then there will be a hardware problem.

1.I did not program it for invert screen ,

2.It was working good for last couple of weeks.  

3. Is there any option in Wincc Flexible to do that.  If yes then How ??  

I will try OS update and let you know the results.

 Is there any settings in Control Panel ?

When you use WinCC flexible, you can go to option -> Delete temporary files

Could you please answer the following questions:

• What is the temperature range arround the Panel?
• Is the ventallation system working fine?
• Do you have noise, arround comming from VSD drives or alike?
• Does the Power Source of the Panel stable? 
• Do you have vibration in this place?

I think the problem due to HW  failure in the electronic card of the panel.

• DAY : 39-42 ⁰C AND NIGHT  : 35-38 ⁰C 

• Is the ventallation system working fine?
• PANNEL IS IN COMMISSIONING STAGE AND NOT READY TO KEEP IT POWER ON FOR 24 HRS.  SO FANS ON PANNELS ARE OFF BUT AT THE SAME TIME HMI IS ALSO POWER OFF , SO I THINK IT SHOULD NOT BE ANY PROBLEM.

• Do you have noise, arround comming from VSD drives or alike?
• NO.

• Does the Power Source of the Panel stable? 
• YES .

• Do you have vibration in this place?
• NO.
