KTP600 with a Logo8

Hello Toeternietoe,

I'm sure you can help me. I have (my first) a project with a KTP600 with a Logo8. Everything programmed and tested with TIA portal V13 and simulated via local network.

Now the Logo8 and the KTP600 have to be built in a control panel. Can I connect them direct to each other? Is so, do you have an example of the settings the Logo8 and the KTP600 need?

Yes you can connect the HMI screen directly to the LOGO using a standard ethernetcable.

Its important that you have the right setting of the IP adresses.

The HMI screen get his DATA from the LOGO, so the right IP adress of your LOGO must be set in the HMI screen. 

The HMI screen and the LOGO must have the same Subnetadres (255.255.255)
