KTP700 network & display problem

Hi there, 

I am having a problem with touchscreen/TS (KTP 700 Basic 2nd generation). I had connected ethernet cable from the TS to Scalance XB005 and another cable from laptop to Scalance XB005. I was doing doing a pint test since earlier there was problem when the it was running networked to a PLC. There was no issue in the beginning of the ping test, After almost an hour the ping was not successful (intermittent connection). I had tried changing the cable, port & also tried making direct connection to the laptop. After few hours into the test, the TS screen only displayed black & white lines & the ping result returned time out continuously. Then i tried to power OFF & ON the TS and tried again (where there onwards the display returned normal but the connection was still intermittent). The TS had 13.00.00.04_01.01 as the image version & the boot loader version date was display June/July 2016. Is there any fix for these?

i am not shure what your problem are. Did you have problem to connect the panel via ethernet or does not the panel start?

At first. Check your "PG/PC Interface" (Windows PC > Control Panel). Under "Access Point" there should adjusted  "S7ONLINE -> Your Ethernet adapter".

As next. Make  a set up to "Reset to factory settings".

did you have try to make a reset to factory settings?
Use ProSave (i mean this is the best) use any ip-address an put the mac-address into the address field (you find it on the back side from the panel) activate the check box "reset to factory" and reboot the panel. This should be work.
