License key loss on wincc

chrisymorganuk Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	Hello all! I am running WinCC on machines thru a industrial PC which is connected to a S7-300 via Profinet. Now and again the license key either disapears and/or is currupted on WinCC, and I have to put a new one back on. This happens randomly and in the field. On the industrial PC we are using XP embeded. I know I can recover the licences from Siemens, the question is WHY or WHAT is causing this to happen? Thanks

ALGUDKAR RAO Posts: 621 Rating: (10)	Hello There is an one hidden file AXNFZZ naming its located in C :\ open that file and delete the content in that sub file.but make sure before deleting this file chck once backup license to be keep in USB stick or open the simatic license manager check the license update which one time out or expire licenses delete or remove.
