Life Beat Monitoring Issue on Web Server for Central Archive Server

Hi,

I have a working PCS7 v6.1 system consisting of 1 OS Server, 1 OS Standby, 3 OS Clients (1 acting as a Web Server), and 1 Central Archive Server. I have made a picture in WinCC that monitors the life beat of all the PCs which is working fine. But as seen on the Web Server, the life beat monitor for the Central Archive Server is not working. I have attached graphics files to have a clear view of the problem. Even after several compilation of Web Navigator and a couple of restarts the problem still persists.

What should I do to fix this?
