Hi everyone. I have some ploblems with my S7 400H system. (Please refer to the attached configuration.) Before I work, existing system was working well without problem, And I added 3 interface modules(6ES7 153-2BA02-0XB0). I did download H/W Configuration anddownloadstep wasworked without problem. And afterthat,BUS FAULT#2 occured atCPU #1 (Master), and one of added interface module (the last one of CPU #1(Master) DP line) occured BUS FAULT #1. Diagnosis is below Event 1 of 120: Event ID 16# 73A3 DP: loss of redundancy at DP slave Address of the affected DP slave: station number: 11 DP-master system ID: 1 Log. base address of the DP slave: Input address: 8159 Log. base address of the DP master: 8191 Requested OB: I/O redundancy error OB (OB70) Priority class: 24 Incoming event So Ichangedthat Interfacemodule andactive bus module and re-connectDP line with new one. But thatproblemisstill remained. Power off and restart is not possible, cause the system is now in production. Pleaseinform me some tips without shut-down. Attachmentred_fault.pdf (284 Downloads) |

Hello ckju_1026 And you can add an attachment in the buffer status of both the CPU and the draft - only the HW-config? |

Dear gre_m I'm colleague of ckju_1026. I attached Diagnostic buffer of the standby PLC & both PLC program too. I didn'tcopy ofmaster CPU's buffer status but DP Station of Master PLC is working well. Lamp status is followed. Standby PLC BUS2F : Flickering REDF, RUN, MSTR, RACK0: lit MasterPLC REDF, RUN, RACK1: lit So, advise me if you find any problem. Hello Wincc921! I read your diagnostic buffer and see: - problem with node 11: error input/output process image -reqested ob85 - Event 13 of 120: Event ID 16# 38B3 I/O access error when updating the process image input table leaving state P area, double-word access, access address: 572 process image partition no.: 0 not user relevant(Z1): 2942 Requested OB: Program execution error OB (OB85) ........ Event 18 of 120: Event ID 16# 38B4 I/O access error when transferring the process image to the output modules leaving state P area, double-word access, access address: 520 process image partition no.: 0 not user relevant(Z1): 2943 Requested OB: Program execution error OB (OB85) Event 19 of 120: Event ID 16# 38C4 Distributed I/Os: station return Address of the affected DP slave: station number: 11 my comment: i see error with node 9, 10 and20 Event 44 of 120: Event ID 16# 38B3 I/O access error when updating the process image input table leaving state Access error occurred with user data Process image partition no.: 0 Start address of I/O area involved: 1256, Length of the area: 8 my comment: 1256= node 34. Error exist in node 32 ->Summary ABB module If we compare the address of the buffer status and addresses of inhwconfig, you can find more trouble spots. But I think that is enough. Because the errors are unstable, then I think you need to check the quality of assembly, connector profibus (position terminators), the circuit ground and high current circuit. I use a google translator, and may not accurately written. If anything is unclear - ask for more |
