Micromaster 440 - Lifting problem

I  use micromaster 440 (5.5kw) for a motor(3kw) to lift a  load . Usual load is 500kg ,

The problem is , in lifting up or down , every time  when I do RUN command  to inverter, the load moves without control  ,

If I send up command to inverter , first the load goes down and then comes up . I need when I sen up command ,  the load comes up without any movements to down .

When I send down command , the load comes down but without speed of inverters ' frequency . it comes down by it's weight (the speed of down movement is high because of  load weight ) till I release the down command , at this time the brake stops the load . my mean is , the frequency of inverter and it's torque , has not affect on down movement of load .

Whatever I have done is in attached file (My back up of inverter's parameters and a pdf file that I did some changes on the parameters according it )

Please guide me to solve this problem .

You have the mechanical brake fitted and the supply via a digital output set to 52.C, the brake coil must be operated via an interface relay  ?

check the brake is operating from the digital output.

P1080 (f min), try increased settings, to prevent load drop.

Experiment with P1216, for a step less transition.

lower the load, do you have a brake resistor, you will need one?
