Micromaster 440: not able to control the speed from scada(

Hi,

I have a problem with micro master 440, I am not able to control the speed from scada(starting and stopping is ok) , I checked 4-20mA ok, please let me know any solution, is there any parameters to control the speed ? 

There is one more drive if I give 25% speed reference the drive running with 75 % speed, if I give 0% drive running at 100% ( command is reversing)
