Hello to all. I am requesting help with a defect that is driving me crazy. We have repaired a 200 Kw MM430. 1) We have replaced new IGBTs. 2) We have repaired trigger PCB. 3) We have replaced input thyristors. 4) We have replaced small soft start rectifier. We put the equipment ON and everything works perfectly except one detail that is driving me crazy. When the equipment starts to move the motor it only consumes current in two input phases. When the level of consumption of the phases exceeds 20 Amps, the third phase begins to consume and is perfectly equal to the others.essay writer Of course the power phases are correct and balanced. If I change the order of the input phases, the problem is always in the same phase regardless of the thyristor where it is connected (L1, L2,L3). We have observed with fluke 199 200Mhz oscilloscope and everything is correct ( firing, camel hump consumption in phases, etc...). Any idea ?. Thanks in advance
