MM440 is tripping on F070 and some time on P----

Dear sir,

We are using 4nos 132Kw MM440 drive with siemens S7-400 PLC with profibus protocol.

Now in one of drive there are two faults coming when drive is not running.....First one is F070 and second one P-----

We have checked profibus module on drive also set parameter P2040 to 3000ms .But still problem is coming .....In running condition there is no alarm coming but when drive stops for sometime it gets tripe on F070 and some time on P----

What could be the reason for that ?????
