MM440 Open loop Torque control configuration

Sdd Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	Hi all, I am using MM440 Drive 11KW in winder application. We have configured the drive in open loop torque control mode.The pareamters which we have set is, P1300=22 P1500=2 P1501=722.0 We are facing the problem of jerks ( variation in speed & current). Is it possible to change the Pgain or I gain of the current controller. Please suggest as to which parameter we will have to change in order to eleminate the jerka in speed. SDD

Sdd Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	Hi Zcomin, I am using vector control but still i am getting the variation in the torque exterted by the Motor. How can i get the constant torque i.e. constant current if the torque setpoint is constant.

Ryan Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	maybe there is some disturbance (EMI) in the analogue input channel. try to add some filter in this channel. e.g. set P753 to a relative higher value.
