Hi, I have issue with MNS Server / Database not reachable issue. DesigoCC is using SQL Server Standard edition and cloud server. System access via remote connectivity to the server. This issue comes when SQL server standard edition patch update and database unlink. I am working on for restoring of system backup. 1) First, I go to SMC project folder -> stop the project -> click edit -> go next till reach step 3 to configure / create new MNS server database. 2) In the drop down box, choose respective SQL server for MNS -> select create / move database under database action (try two times) then click Test connection. 3) After test connection successful, click save. However, system pop up an alarm message that "A remote MNSDB cannot have the local system account as an owner, user or database service user! Please adjust the system accounts or the HDB service account in System Settings." user of Local system account "AZGLSGSAVLDO1\SYSTEM" does not have access right to create MNSDB ? Observe SMC -> System -> "Services" are created under the same "AZGLSGSAVLDO1\SYSTEM" account. Checked in the server Local Security Policy -> Log on as a service properties -> "SYSTEM" user is included to configure. Did I miss somewhere to check ? 4) I have MNS database recovery backup, possible to restore only this MNS database backup in the SMC system ? Please refer to attach for screenshot as reference.
