Modbus S7-1500 Server, Schneider PLC Client

I am not familiar to Modbus communication so I need some help.

We are going to replace a Schneider PLC (as Server IP10.93.182.120) on a machine that runs Modbus communication with another Schneider PLC in the factory (as Client IP10.93.182.100).

According the the set-up (see attached image) of the Client they have one array for read and one array for write.

My questions:
1) Do I need to create 2 MB_SERVER blocks? One for write and one for read.

2) Connection settings?

3) MB_HOLD_REG set-up? Just a DB with an array of 50 words? Numbering?
