Hello SVS31; If you propose to read the data in the S7 PLC, and then transfer it to WinCC using existing communication channels, you can use the Siemens Open Modbus/TCP driver, using an IE CP 343-1/443-1. I am attaching the Open Modbus/TCP manual; you will find part number information as well as installation and configuration instructions inside. If you would rather connect your 3rd-party system to WinCC directly, you are right, there is no integrated driver for this in the WinCC channels (even the Modbus-RTU channel is provided from outside Siemens). The best suggestion at this time would be to use the OPC channel, with a Modbus/TCP OPC server for your equipment.
