Module exists - Faulty message

jamzie Regular Member Joined: 4/14/2012 Last visit: 1/7/2023 Posts: 9 Rating: (3)	I am using an S7-1200 1212C AC/DC/RLY as a learning tool.The S7 is now flashing error, with the diagnosis message 'Module exists, Faulty'. I cannot clear this alarm. The S7 has V2.0 firmware in it. I cannot upgrade the firmware as suggested elsewhere on the forum as I do not have a Siemens MMC card - the cost of these is more than a replacement S7! Any suggestions- many thanks!
