Hi Mohamed, the loadcell amplifier I mentioned before will measure 50kg. It only requires calibrating to the loadcell(s) you decide to use. The loadcell amplifier will provide all the power and connections to the loadcell and uses the same 24 volts DC supply as the LOGO.A pdf of the user manual is available as a free download on the Pepprl & Fuchs website and explains how to configure it. It really is quite easy. The only issue you may encounter with the LOGO is the fact that the Analogue inputs have a resolution of 1000 which means that, at 50kg (50,000g), you will only be able to measure in 50g steps(50,000/1000=50). Set the Analogue input of the LOGO and the output of the loadcell amplifier to "0-10 volt", connect together,and you are good to go.Pleasesee the attatched exampletosee how the LOGO module can be used to set and display setpoints and process values on the front screen using only the cursor keys, this saves you having to use any extrabuttons, switches etc.while you are testing your system. The Left/Right keys control On/Off functions and the Up/Down keys set your target weight. Pressing Up or Down momentarily will advance one step (50g)at a time, press and hold will advance faster. I'm sure you'll get the idea. You may need to add an "Approach" function to stop the hopper over-filling by slowing the rate of feed as the weight gets near to the target value, this isn't a problem.
