The MC Command Table is a DB, even if the interfacing has a nicer UI. Open the Command Table as a DB and have a look inside what is available to you. You can then modify the entries of the DB to your heart's desire.

How to address this db for use in any op?

You have the DB address.  (sarcasm -> OFF)
So what is the challenge for your case? 
 

The attached picture hints on adding the DB address to a KTP700 project.
