Hello, did you have a look to the manual...?
I think, you are using S7-1200 CPU and TIA Portal V16 or higher... What are the technical data of your drive? How many pulses per revolution of the motor/drive? How far will the axis move per revolution of the motor? And with velocity: Is your drive and your controller fast enough, to manage the necessary pulses in this time? (Pulse output in kHz) |

the pulses per revolution are 800 currently am not using any physical axe meaning only controlling the angular position like telling the stepper to rotate 180° or 80° ... in the place of 2290 i tried 360 and 1 but the results was not convenient about 2290 : when telling the stepper to rotate A° he rotates X° another B° he rotates X° and so on ,so i added A+B+..=2290 meaning when writing the value of 2290 the stepper rotates 360° Not: even in low speed the physical speed does not matches the software speed |
