Bonjour a tous,
Translation: Hello everyone, I need help with a MP 277 - 10" Touch, for x reasons I lost the software in the HMI and the operating system. At this moment I don't have a white screen with display: Thank you to all of you. David

Hello Automation_David, Have you already tried with this: how do you do an operationg system update (OS update) on operator panels? When power up the MP have you always blank screen? Take a look: MP277 blank screen problem - Entries - Siemens Industry Online ... |

Hello Automation_David Then you can only do an OS Update with factory Reset. It is also possible if the panel annot run into the WindowsCE. look in this FAQ: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/19701610 Use the Manual for Prosave. But if you have a Multi Panel you must use a PPI MultiMaster Cable (RS232 or USB). You can find a table in the Manual which Cable do you need. But only with the right Cable you can reset your Panel.
