Hi Sindhu, The links described above tells you on how to connect a HMI panel on redundnant profibus. (repeater solution is for that) In your configuration you are connecting your MP 377 on ethernet. Your configuration looks good. You need to use the "ChangeConnection" script in WinCC Flex 2008 to switch between the CPUs. Inthis FAQ, it is described how to use this function with MPI. However the same holds true for ethernet. You just need to configure equivalent ethernet connections instead of MPI connections described in the FAQ. The other steps remain the same. The catch though is, you require WinCC flexible 2008. (Earlier versions don't support ChangeConnection for ethernet. See section 1.2, page 4 of 9 of the attachedFAQ) regards. Hi Sindhu, For MPI, you will need to then connect an MPI cable between all CPUs. Considering your existing configuration and assuming that you second H-Station is on the same ethernet network, you can choose FCs AG_SEND and AG_RECV to communicate between them. See thisFAQfor details. A sample project is also installed in example folder of Step 7. (See attached pic)
