multply with result in floating point, in the logo 0ba5

I need to create program that insert a time, and the program divide for four, the resultmust be in floating point and I needput the result for turn on the q's, example:

1)I put 21 minutes

2)the program diveded 21by 4

3)The result is 5.25

4) Q1 turn on for 5.25 after q2 for 5.25 ,minutes, after q3 for 5.25 minutes, after q4 for 5.25 minutes

Is this possible?

I already used the example of multiply, in attachment, but thatdo not give the result in floating point
