OK. But I guess you already got reply from nulizhang (technical expert) in NCU 572.5 NC programming this topic. BTW please refer below here with few additional points. 1. You need PCMCIA card (NC card - PCMCIA type II card with 8 MB storage capacity with system software) This will have NC software depeding upon application technology e.g. lathe or miling or any specific. 2. You will need line filters & semiconductor fuses at line input side of infeed unit. 3. Your LT power module capacity is too high as compare to motor you propose to connect to it. 4. You have not specified control card article number of LT module. Needs to select control card matching with 1FT motor encoder. 5. You have not specified about OP, HMI etc. etc. Please note, since it is 840D + 611D system, you need OP + MCP + HMI software + PCU20 + 24 V DC power supply. So that you can connect NCU, PCU, OP & via HMI you can set applicable machine data. (NC parameters, machine data etc. etc.) 6. You will need Profibus cable + Profibus connectors to interface MCP+PCU20+NCU etc. etc. 7. You will need Simatic Manager Step 7 to create PLC project via which infeed module, drive enable signals can be set. 8. Once you install all this hardware, you can switch on power supply, you need to set up hardware configuration of all connected hardwares & needs to load it into PLC CPU. If hardware connection & configuration is correct, NCU will boot successfuly, you need to set correct NC parameters & machine data as per connection. Then you can conduct tests of your system.
