Need help to create the program for Hour comparing

Hi,

I took the liberty to revise the code a bit and add the latest request "starting motors according to less running hours".

The FB now contains an input which allows you to; Select motor according to priority number "1 to 4, least to most running hours". The output which corresponds to that priority number will be activated.

This is the code:

We have 8 motors will be start and stop based on running hour prioroty 1  to 8,Less hours will be start first and stop with most hours. the running hours of each are  the real data from the motor, can you help to create the program.

 Can you explain what you want a bit clearer?

- 8 motors outputs.
- Each motor provides the "running hours" to PLC as input (analog input or similar?)

What is this priority you mention?

Do you want a program that runs one motor at a time, and when activating a motor, it activates the motor with the smallest runtime value?

If you activate one motor and the program runs continuously for 100 years, should it at some point switch to next motor? Or is the selection only done when a motor starts running?

How should the program react if connection to one motor is terminated? For example, one motor has power failure, resulting in the "running hours" input being zero. Probably you want to recognize a situation where "Running hours" is zero because the motor is a brand new and has not been run at all from a situation where communication to the motor is interrupted and the "Running hours" can't be read.

Perhaps you want to make sure that all motors will get a brief run period every week or so, to keep them from rusting.

What kind of help exactly do you need with the creation of a program?

The number of motor running is based on the flow request,  Flow range  0 - 10000 m3 = 0 - 8 pumps, example : if 5000 m3 requests, 3 pumps will start sequentially depend on running hours, less hour start first and 2nd, 3rd pump follows.Depending on the the flow request either the flow increasing or decreasing, if increasing the next 4th will start or if decreasing the 3rd pump will stop depend on much running hours. in principle, less hours will start the next stand by motor and stopping depend on much hours on running motor.
