No status of module with RSE

Good morning!

I'm having some troubles in the Report System Error.

I have at least 4 CPUs 315-2 PN/DP and 1 CPU 414-3PN/DP installed and all of them are working properly.

Recently I installed a CPU 416-3 PN/DP and tried to configure the RSE.

In fact I'm just using the RSE to access the CPU through a browser in my intranet for maintenance purposes, I'm not using it in the SCADA.

When I access the page "Module Information" where I should see the Status of the equipment I'm seeing only a "?"

The configurations I made it was identical the others CPUs.

Could someone help me? Anyone had have that problem yet?
