Numeric Buttons KP700 Comfort

Good day;

I´m editing a program for a KP700 Comfort panel; the program has some Entry Fields to put numeric values into them but when I try to do it with the numeric keypad of the same KP700 these do not work. This I´m doing it in the simulation mode and don´t know if when I Load the program into the HMI this buttons will work. Get me out of that doubt please. Thank you in advance.

 Simulation Mode and you are using the physical keypad to input values or the simulation screen keypad?
