OP7, only message 'ready to transfer' appear

hello every one .. i have problem with op7 .only display  "ready to transfer" . i have also new op7 with same part number i try to make back up using prosave  but same massage appear

If you press the ESC button what's up? may be that someone has pressed the key combination reset the OP , may be empty of the program , you have the original program ?
