I am not 100% sure about this error, but you can find something with google.

Please also check if the tags "UAMethod_InParameters" and "UAMethod_OutParameters" was configured correctly. As far as i know this tags need this names exactly.

But as there are no other answers till this point, maybe a service request would be the best.

Hello Seniors, I have some questions about OPC UA. Hope I get response soon, thank you.

Q1: I have tried to create a method to set IP Address or get checksum of PLC s7-1500 and so on from a OPC UA Client. But i got an error badinvalidarguments, i don't know how to fix it. Here a picture t cap screen.

Q2: How to read diagnostic buffer of PLC S7-1500?

For Q2, the diagnostic buffer == System Alarms, so can be read using the Get_Alarm instruction.  See Reading out Alarms with the "Get_Alarm" instruction in S7-1500 CPU for details.
