Hello Edugimeno; You are right that in your Rack 2 configuration you have a IM 153-2, an interface module that turns the rack of S7-300 I/O modules into a Profibus-DP slave, designated as a ET 200M station. This presentation brochure from Siemens shows different ET 200 station families and their characteristics; the ET 200M is discussed in pages 33-36: SIMATIC ET 200 - For distributed automation ... - Industrial Automation It looks like your S7-400 CPU is the master to this device over Profibus-DP, so the I/Os in this distributed rack are controlled through the S7-400 program.
