Port closed and 16#7002 when using TCON

Hello All,

I am trying to stablish connection to a pc with Oracle. Initially, I am trying to use the TCON Block to check if everything is OK so I can send/Receive some data after that.

I am trying to stablish a TCP connection with a server (the PC with oracle) which is inside the whole customer network, using a 1515-2 PLC throught ethernet, so I am saying on my parameters, the server has the "Active Connection Stablishment".

When online and REQ is set to TRUE, "Status" goes to 7002 and waits there. "Busy" turns to 1 and I guess this is OK because I am waiting for the server to try to get online...but it does not.

Looking if port 30000 is open with Sockettest and with CMD with using telnet, it seems the port never opens.

My question is, why is the port no opening? I'm apparently doing everything ok for that to happen.
