Positioning fault in TO positioning axis

Like i have seen in hyraulic library in siemens. but i dont know how to set the values which i attached(Mechanics and encoder parameters). Does someone have idea or knowledge about it, an want to share with me?? I use Contactless Magnetostrictive Position Sensor to measure position. Thanks, tubag, Attachment 3.PNG (16 Downloads)

Maybe you setpoint cause a higher or smaller velocity. So you have to change your Cam charackeristic. Do a move with open loop, no positioncontrol active to check it. 2.2.2 Setting characteristic curve with "LSimaHydTO_MC_SetCharacteristic" Using the function block "LSimaHydTO_MC_SetCharacteristic", the valve characteristic curve for compensation of nonlinearities in the hydraulic valve is activated for the feedback control of the hydraulic axis. The valve characteristic curve is stored in its own data block or dataset and must be assigned to the corresponding hydraulic axis before the first call of the FB "LSimaHydTO_HydAxisCall". If no valve characteristic curve is assigned for the hydraulic feedback control, the feedback control block will expect a linear curve from the hydraulic valve.
