I have the same problem on 20ton hoist of our cranes. why this happen .please help me! |

Hi Dariyoosh... Its not advisable at all to power off and on in short duration and that too frequently... As discussed above, we cant control Precharging circuits Customer, about whom i discussed in first post, made an external circuit for PreCharging There are several ways to control this kind of failures One is you should change your control logic which prevent this kind of frequent On/Off Another is, provide auxillary contatctor in parallel to Main Power contactor and put an external Resistor for supply. Make logic in such a way that, on the startup Aux contactor will come in to picture and 3 phase will supply from Aux Contactor to Drive by that external Resistors and after getting certain DC voltage, say 540V, CUVC give command for Main Contactor to Turn ON and Aux Contactor to Turn OFF These are the ways on which I think you can work out.
