hello everyone I also have this problem 411501 and I did not find a way to solve this problem Is there a solution to this problem? We have two grob 530 machines with 840d controller and mmc 103 panel. The ncu of one of these machines and the pcmcia card had a problem. We installed another ncu with pcmcia card on the car and when we loaded the archive we got alarm 411051 We loaded the PLC program without FB15 and DB1 through pcadapter but the problem still exists Is there any other way to solve this problem??? best regards arman ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

FB 15 is defined the NC SW version--so I think you download the wrong version of archive. It is happened when you use another "ncu with pcmcia card"--they are not match the archive (PLC/NC version in archive) I suggest you look for exactly match you defective NCU and PCMC card--there should be a lot of in market . If you post the picture of bad NCU and PCMC card , I may give your more help
