Problem to detect module SM1231 AI4x13 bit with 6ES7 231-4HD32-0XB0

I got problem to detect module SM1231 AI4x13 bit with 6ES7 231-4HD32-0XB0

in the result of diagnostic status for this modul is Unknown.

I use PLC S7 1200 CPU 1214C AC/DC/rly  with Tia portal V14

I hope you could give a solution to solve my problem

I am guessing what he requires:

1. Confirm that the wiring of the card has been done correctly. A photo might help.
   
   
2. Confirm the part numbers of the device vs what the hardware configuration look like.
   
   
3. Where the card is mounted. Just after the CPU or after another card.
   
   
4. A screen capture of the result that you see in TIA.
