If your PROFIBUS Master is not sending telegrams, you can't get the actual speed. Set the option"Single Master on Bus" and try again. Don't forget to remove this option again, as soon as your PROFIBUS is running.

Did you load the configuration into the Master ? (If it's a SIMATIC S7, this is done by downloading the HW configuration) Is data transferred between Master and Slaves? If you don't know: Which LEDs of the Master are on or flashing? Which LEDs of the Slaves are on or flashing?
