problem with CP5512

stavel Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi everybody, I have a problem with CP5512. The card is normaly detected in Windows (Windows 2000 SP5), but when I try to set communication interface on this card (through "Set PG/PC interface" in program menu), STEP 7 (v5.3 SP3) is unable to find this card. The older card CP5511 is normaly detected. Whole system is running on the older notebook Dell C810. Thank you for reply Pavel Ptacek

It is possible that you have to remove some unused cards so that the routine can find the CP5512 as new. Please also consider with which versions of windows the CP5512 is working together. stavel Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	The card stands alone in the laptop. I tried to delete the card from Device Manager and let it to be detected again but it didn't help. According to the compatibility table I shouldn't have any problem if I use CP5512 with Windows 2000 SP5.
