Problem with Y-link in HWconfig

I did it early, but now this is not working. I read about this error -1230:2001 but i not found any solution or answer why it is happens. Please help me. What wrong? When i choose Y-link from cataloge, i can read - insertion is posible. But then i see this error. Can you try do it in own project ? Regards, Eli
