PST doesn't show interfaces dialog

Hello,

I have to change the gateway of an S7-300 PLC, so I tried to use PST (Primary Setup Tools).

I installed it on a Windows 2008 R2 Server, that reside on a different subnet and it cannot find any station on the network (I tried every option in Set PG/PC interface) even if I can ping and communicate with every device using S7 protocol (Except the one with missing gateway).

So I installed PST on a Windows 10 laptop that is configured on the same subnet.

Here I can ping and communicate with every device but when I launch PST I cannot open the Set PG/PC interface dialog, it simply does not open.

I tried giving administrative rights and disabling Windows Firewall but still can't open the dialog.

I've also used Proneta, but can only find some of the PLCs on the network but not the one I have to operate on.

I tried uninstall/install several times and rebooting a lot of times.

PST Version is 4.2.0.1
