Put FBs to target FB with TIA Openness (Visual Studio)

C# variables can be attached desired project, device, and maybe ProjectLibary, but I could not find some simple methods to do above. Here I wrote it and stuck in final part... After you do that, all the extract from project library code you understand can be used. Or, you could spend a lot of time forcing the square peg into the round hole - by repeatedly stretching out the round hole and shaving off the sides of the square peg until everything eventually fits but is such a mess of shaved peg spaghetti that others would find it distasteful (would not understand it).
