PWR led are Off in DI card (CPU 1512 ET200)

White slot. - 2x DI cards 16 inputs. - 1x DI card 8 inputs. - 1x DO cars 16 inputs. White slot. - 1x DO card 8 inputs. - 1x AI card 2 inputs. - 1x TM Count card. - 1x AI RTD 4 inputs. The problem is that first position card doesn't work and PWR led is off (see attached image). Capture I tried this: - Change DI card -> do the same. - Change white slot -> do the same. - Change all DI inputs with slots for DO cards with slots -> do the same. Appears to be the problem always in first position. I saw another user with same problem, but few answers: https://support.industry.siemens.com/forum/ww/en/posts/problem-with-pwr-in-di-card/211666 Is second time I have this problem, first time we changed the order setup and it worked, but not now. For me, your image looks like this. For opening, a potential group, the BaseUnits with the light-colored terminal box is used. Since the light-colored terminal box comes with a filter connection for the supply voltage, it's important to connect L+ and M there. Kind regards Stefan

Mr.V Silver Member Joined: 6/19/2019 Last visit: 2/7/2023 Posts: 561 Rating: (60)	Hello, First see hardware configuration of your ET200 and set each base unit exatly: if white slot inserted then check enable new potential group if dark set use potential group of the left module If i good remember only for white slots need to connect L+ and M for dark not need, becouse it takes supply via base unit. Also see or instaled server module for ET200 like 6ES7 193-6PA00-0AA0 in the end of rack Then do hardware rebuild all and transfer program to PLC. Now i see your PLC yellow light something wrong
